Dr Yasir M A Al-AbdeliQualificationsPhD (Turbulent Swirl Combustion), MSc and BSc (Production Eng), MIEAust InformationDr Yasir Al-Abdeli is a senior lecturer at the School of Engineering and coordinator of the Motorsports stream. Yasir Al-Abdeli first started teaching in 1994 and has since taught engineering at both Australian and International universities. Dr Al-Abdeli's teaching spans Thermal sciences as well as Manufacture/Design and he has written papers on engineering education. On the research front, his research is focussed on experimental thermofluids and he has worked in a number of fields including flame combustion and hydrogen powered SI engines.
