Entrance Requirements

For all Bachelor of Engineering courses (including double degrees with BBus, BSc etc), in addition to meeting standard admission requirements, students must have successfully completed TEE Applicable Mathematics, or, preferably TEE Calculus.

Standard University admission requirements apply for all Bachelor of Technology courses (i.e. BTech (Electronic & Computer Systems) and BTech (Motorsports)).

Students who have not successfully completed TEE Calculus will need to take Introductory Applied Mathematics as a bridging unit in the first year of the program.

Students who have not successfully completed TEE Physics will need to take Introduction to Physics as a bridging unit in the first year of the program.

Students who have completed an Advanced TAFE Diploma, or its equivalent, in an allied engineering field may be eligible for exemptions from some units.

International Students

Overseas students may be admitted to the Engineering program subject to the University's fee scale.

The language of instruction is English and all students are expected to be proficient in both spoken and written English. All assessment will be carried out in the English language.
